About the Opportunity
We are expanding our partner network’s distributed operations team to support next-generation enterprise automation and data workflow verification. As an Entry-Level AI & Data Operations Specialist, you will assist in validating structured datasets, auditing automated prompt responses, and ensuring clean reporting metrics for cross-functional management teams.
This role is designed for ambitious problem-solvers. Prior commercial experience is not required — comprehensive onboarding and workflow training will be provided to all selected applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit, evaluate, and refine generative AI outputs and structured prompts for workplace tasks.
- Perform routine data extraction, filtering, and cross-tabulation in cloud spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel / basic queries).
- Identify dataset anomalies, formatting inconsistencies, and reporting errors before final leadership review.
- Collaborate asynchronously with global project managers to document optimization workflows.
Candidate Requirements
- Reliable personal computer (laptop or desktop) with high-speed internet access.
- Solid written communication skills in English and high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic workplace tech tools (cloud drives, web browsers, productivity apps).
- Mandatory Skill Assessment: Successful completion of the online screening verification (Step 2 of the application process).
Compensation & Benefits
