About the Opportunity
The Amazon Pay & Corporate Finance division is rapidly expanding its 2026 global remote workforce. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals worldwide to join our distributed financial support team. In this role, you will be on the front lines of digital payment processing, billing verification, and financial assistance—helping international clients and corporate accounts navigate secure transactions from anywhere in the world.
This is not a standard retail support role. You will handle corporate finance inquiries, transaction verifications, digital billing inquiries, and fraud prevention workflows. If you want to build a career in fintech and digital finance with a globally recognized division, this is your entry point.
Core Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming digital inquiries regarding transaction verification, billing cycles, and global payment processing.
- Act as a direct point of contact for customer inquiries regarding digital wallets, chargeback reviews, and payment status.
- Utilize diagnostic and security software to verify transactions and safeguard customer accounts.
- Assist users with digital payment solutions, payment gateway inquiries, and account configurations.
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation within our secure internal CRM systems.
Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent (No finance degree required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Reliable, high-speed home internet connection.
