Motive provides a platform for organizations with physical operations to manage drivers, vehicles, equipment, and fleet-related spending. Its customers range from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies across industries including transportation, construction, energy, manufacturing, agriculture, retail, and the public sector.

As the Demand Generation Marketing Manager focused on Mid-Market, you will plan and improve account-based and full-funnel campaigns, coordinate channel activity, and work with sales and marketing partners to support pipeline goals. The role involves campaign strategy and coordination as well as direct ownership of selected programs, including webinars, scheduled sales plays, and direct-mail collaboration.

Motive prefers candidates in Austin, Nashville, or San Francisco who can work from an office two days per week, but will consider remote candidates in the United States. The stated annual compensation range for U.S. candidates is $90,000–$111,000, with the actual range dependent on location and other factors. Benefits may include health, pharmacy, vision, and dental coverage; paid and sick leave; disability and life insurance; and a 401(k) contribution, subject to eligibility. Some U.S.-based candidates may be required to sign a non-compete covenant, subject to applicable law. Candidates must be authorized to access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
