Cordance is hiring a full-time, remote HR Business Partner in the United States to advise leaders across its portfolio of B2B SaaS companies. The companies operate across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand, so the role involves supporting multiple business units and legal entities while balancing local employment practices with consistent people strategies. Cordance works with acquired companies to support their long-term growth.
This hands-on position covers employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and people-program development. The HRBP will also work with leaders on mergers and acquisitions, including integration planning and aligning people practices after acquisitions. The role calls for both direct involvement in complex employee matters and strategic counsel to senior leaders.
Benefits listed include health coverage starting on the first day of employment; flexible, uncapped PTO; 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all employees; and a holiday schedule. The remote-work phone and internet stipend is $75 USD or $140 CAD per month. The U.S. 401(k) and Canadian RRSP plans each match 100% of the first 3% contributed and 50% of the next 2%; eligibility begins the first of the month after 90 days, and matching contributions are immediately vested. The posting says a 5% contribution receives a 4% match and describes pre-tax and Roth options. Final candidates must pass a background check. Cordance does not accept unsolicited resumes, work on a Corp-to-Corp basis, or engage non-vetted external agencies.
