Luna Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time, remote Regional General Manager, Market Performance, reporting to the President. The position is exempt and serves as the accountable business owner for the Central US region, with responsibility for regional profit and loss, growth, contribution margin, and cost management. The role translates company strategy into market-level operating plans and execution across therapist supply and performance, patient access, physician relationships, and partner outcomes.

Success requires leading through influence, data, cross-functional coordination, and understanding of local market conditions.

The role is remote, but the posting requires residence in the Central US territory. Its location section lists TX, OK, UT, AZ, CO, IL, MN, IA, WI, MO, IN, OH, MI, and TN; the separate job requirements list omits CO. The stated total cash compensation range is $156,000–$178,000 per year: $130,000–$148,000 base salary plus a 20% nondiscretionary bonus. Benefits include unlimited paid time off, paid holidays, and—starting the first of the month after hire—medical, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid life insurance, voluntary short-term disability, a 401(k) with company match, and a dependent care FSA.

The position regularly involves sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods and may occasionally require lifting or carrying equipment weighing up to 30 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made for employees with disabilities.
