In this module, learners build a solid foundation for modern leadership. We clarify the difference between leadership and management, explore key mindsets such as growth, ownership and psychological safety, introduce situational leadership, and help learners define their personal leadership identity and values.

This module focuses on practical communication skills for leaders: active listening, setting clear expectations, giving constructive feedback and handling difficult conversations. The emphasis is on real scripts, examples and structures learners can immediately apply with their teams.

In this module, learners move beyond command-and-control and start using coaching skills to develop people. We study what truly drives motivation, how to conduct effective one-on-one meetings, and how to link individual growth to team and business performance.
