Cresta is hiring its first dedicated Engagement Manager for Professional Services. This full-time, remote role is based in the United States and focuses on owning how the company scopes, prices, and sells services for its core platform and AI Agent product. The goal is to turn an informal, bottlenecked process into a repeatable source of revenue while building the function for future scale.
The Engagement Manager will work with enterprise customers and partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Product to move opportunities forward while protecting delivery margins. Services may include conversational design, integrations, and outcome configuration for AI Agent deployments, as well as work related to Cresta’s core platform. Compensation includes base salary, variable pay, and equity; base pay is location-based and determined by candidate-specific factors. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid parental leave, a remote-work setup budget, monthly wellness and communication stipends, and 20 vacation days.
Cresta’s platform combines conversational AI agents, real-time support for human agents, and conversation intelligence. The company says it was founded out of the Stanford AI Lab, has raised more than $270 million, and serves customers including United Airlines, Cox Communications, and Marriott.

- Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Product to move deals fast without sacrificing delivery margin.

- 4–10 yrs in professional services, with 2+ yrs scoping and selling services engagements (PS Sales / Engagement Manager / Services Sales).
- Track record of driving services attach and bookings — not just processing paperwork.
